The requirements for your eBike experience:

★ Valid identity cardThe eBike will be picked up/returned at the above-mentioned times at the rental stations in Munich, Rosenheim and Ulm. 

★  The rental costs are to be paid upon pickup.

Notice: Date changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing (by fax, e-mail or mail) to House of Flames at least 3 weeks before the due date.

If the date change is within 3 weeks before the due date, 25% (2 weeks 35%) (1 week 50%) of the rental price has to be paid.
