Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


BRASS COLLECTION HAND GRIPS

blacked-out look, the Harley-Davidson® Brass Collection
delivers a warm, hand-crafted look to your custom ride. These
minimalistic living finish components make a garage-built
styling statement and are the ideal addition to your strippeddown
bobber or café motorcycle. Artistically manufactured
from solid brass, these components feature a natural antique
finish that will age and patina when exposed to the elements.
Unlike bright polished and plated brass trim, these heritagefinished
components are subtle additions to your ride and
don't compete for attention with the rest of the bike. Brass
Collection components are factory treated with wax to slow
the aging process, and are shipped with cleaning and care
instructions.

These rich natural brass 1.5" diameter grips are easy to install,
and feature a glueless design that allows you to remove the
grips for service without damage.
