Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


H-D® GRAPHENE SPRAY COATING

Give your motorcycle finish a new level of protection with
H-D Graphene Spray Coating. Contains a graphene oxide
component that provides a high level of long-lasting protection,
reduces hard-water spotting, and keeps water from clinging
to the surface. Enhances the gloss and clarity of painted
and plated finishes and is easy to apply. Great for use on
paint, chrome, and wheels. Not for use on brakes, tires, denim,
semi-gloss or wrinkle finish surfaces. On paint creates a hard
layer of scratch protection. Repels brake dust from wheels.
Preserves and protects plastic surfaces. Lowers surface
temperature to reduce hard water spotting embedded in clear
coat. Prevents water from clinging on treated surfaces. May
be applied in direct sunlight. May be applied over existing wax
or polish coating.
