Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


SUN RAY HEATED SEAT - '97-'07 MODELS

Chase away the chill on long fall and winter rides. This Sun
Ray Heated Seat features dual-zone heated rider and passenger
positions with separate high/low/off toggle controls for
personal comfort selection. The durable leather seating
surface with embossed ostrich skin pattern covers a deep
bucket rider seat and a supportive passenger pillion for crosscountry
comfort. The one-piece seat with integrated heat
pad and control system is simple to install and the heating
element is switched on/off with the ignition to avoid draining
the battery. Can be used with Rider Backrest Kits.

Fits '97-'07 Electra Glide® (except FLHX) and '98-'07 Road
Glide® models. Seat width 17.0", passenger pillion width 16.0".
