Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


BOOM! AUDIO SPEAKER EXPANSION KIT

Add more Boom! to your bike. This kit permits the addition
of a third and fourth pair of speakers to your Boom! Audioequipped
Touring bike. Choose a combination of Boom!
Audio Saddlebag Lid Speakers, Fairing Lower Speakers and/
or Rear Speaker Pods (sold separately) to build a sound
system custom-designed to your audio demands. System
also provides speaker fade capabilities between fairing and
non-fairing mounted speakers for highway riding, when it's
needed most. You can upgrade your system all at once or one
set of speaker options at a time. Kit includes 100 watt/channel
(200 watts total) saddlebag-mounted amplifier, amplifier
cover, mounting bracket and the required installation hardware
and wiring harness.

Fits '06-later Touring and Trike models (except '11-later
FLHXSE2/3, FLTRXSE/2) equipped with Advanced Audio
Radio and Boom! Audio Fairing Amplifier P/N 76000070,
76000074, 76000169 or Tour-Pak Amplifier P/N 76000068.
Not compatible with Custom Touring System P/N 76000209.
Dealer Digital Technician software update is required. Dealer
installation is recommended.
