Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


FORMULA+ TRANSMISSION AND PRIMARY CHAINCASE LUBRICANT

Developed with a proprietary mineral basestock formula and
TESTED-CERTIFIED by Harley-Davidson Motor Company,
Formula+ is blended to provide lubricity for the anti-wear
requirements of transmission gears. Formulated to maintain
the coefficient of friction for proper clutch operation and
provide adequate lubrication to the primary chain, this lubricant
is approved for use in all stages of transmission and primary
chaincase life. Not for use in the crankcase as a motor oil.

TESTED-CERTIFIED Extended Service intervals:

Primary Chaincase

'84-later Big Twin models with wet-type diaphragm spring
clutch. Every 10,000 miles, or prior to winter or extended storage
periods.

Transmission

All Big Twin models. Every 20,000 miles, or prior to winter or
extended storage periods.

Primary/Transmission

'71-later XL and '83-'84 XR1000 models. Every 10,000 miles, or
prior to winter or extended storage periods.

Formulated for use in Harley-Davidson® Transmissions and
the following Primary Chaincase applications: '71-later XL,
'83-'84 XR1000, '08-'13 XR, and '84-later Big Twin models with
wet type diaphragm spring clutch.
