Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

The Stage II Big Bore Kit provides the parts you need to
increase the horsepower of your EFI-equipped model. The
kit increases the displacement of your Twin Cam-equipped
model from 96 cubic inches (1584cc) to 103 cubic inches
(1690cc). 50-State U.S. EPA compliant.

Kit includes:

-Big Bore Cylinders

-Big Bore Flat Top Pistons and Rings

-SE-255 Cams

-Stage I Air Cleaner Kit with One-Piece Back Plate

-Top End Gasket Kit

-Heavy Duty Clutch Spring

27564-09A Black Highlighted.

Fits 49-state '09 Touring models. Kit includes catalyst
head pipe. Does not fit Trike models. Installation requires
separate purchase of Primary Cover Gasket. Cam Drive
Retention Kit P/N 25566-06. Cam Spacer Kit P/N 25928-06
is recommended. All EFI models require ECM calibration for
proper installation.

NOTICE: Installation of automatic or manual compression
releases on large displacement engines is highly recommended.

When installed by an authorized Harley-Davidson® Dealer at
the time of vehicle delivery, these kits do not impact the
vehicle's limited warranty.
