Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


HEEL/TOE SHIFTER SHAFT COVER WITH INSERT

Conceal the splined shifter shaft when you remove the heel
shift lever. The kit includes a cover for the shaft end and an
insert that conceals the casting and nylon spacer inboard of
the shift lever. Manufactured from billet aluminum, these easyto-
install chrome-plated covers are held in place with flush
Allen screws for a clean appearance.

Fits '00-later FL Softail models (except FLSTSE) equipped
with heel/toe shift levers. Installation requires removal of
heel shift lever.
