Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

VENTILATOR H-D® DETACHABLES WINDSHIELD

In a nutshell, a windshield should provide a barrier between
the rider and errant bugs, discarded cigarette butts, flying
debris and bad air. The shield should manage airflow and wind
blasts to create a pocket of still air for both rider and passenger
comfort. But if you ride in a warm climate or spend time at
low speeds stuck in traffic, you need to keep some air circulating
around your body to stay comfortable. The Ventilator
Windshield features clear injection-molded vents that allow
you to adjust the airflow to match the riding conditions.
Opening the vents redirects the air across your chest for a
cooling effect and closing the vents provides maximum wind
and weather protection. But when you want to ride "naked,”
the detachable shield can be removed completely and reinstalled
in seconds to match your riding mood.
