Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


H-D Detachables Sideplates

In the time it takes for a traffic light to change, you can transform your motorcycle from a city cruiser to a cross country hauler. Start with Harley-Davidson Detachables Sideplates, and add your choice of sissy bar upright and pad to make removing the passenger backrest is a simple "slide and click” operation. Manufactured and tested to rigorous Harley-Davidson standards, installation requires separate purchase of model-specific Docking Hardware Kit.

Fits '04-later XL models (except '16-later XL1200CX). All models require separate purchase of Docking Hardware Kit (see docking hardware matrix). Docking hardware is Original Equipment on XL1200T models.
