Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.

If your passenger is happy, you'll be happy. Premium passenger
armrests have been ergonomically designed to provide the
ultimate in passenger comfort. The soft pads provide excellent
forearm support on a long ride and eliminate the passenger's
"what do I do with my hands” dilemma. Both armrests
conveniently swing out of the way for easy mounting and
dismounting and the pads and arms can be oriented in multiple
positions for increased comfort. The armrest pads feature
spring-loaded hinged storage compartments that can easily
hold your compact personal items. The high-quality black
vinyl upholstered pads and support arms blend beautifully
with Original Equipment seats and speaker pods. Complete
kit includes all required installation hardware.
