Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


PREMIUM TOUR-PAK LUGGAGE RACK*

This full-sized rack is especially designed to complement Tour-Pak lids with armrest-style passenger backrests. Protects both Tour-Pak carrier's lid and passenger backrest from scratches. Lightweight steel tubing incorporates high-quality welded joints and is hand-polished and chrome-plated using copper as a base coat followed by nickel and chrome to provide long-lasting beauty. Comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware.

Fits King, Chopped and Razor-Pak Tour-Pak carrier lids.

*WARNING: Do not use this rack as a seat. Do not exceed the fender rack weight capacity. Using as seat or exceeding this capacity could cause handling problems which could result in loss of control and death or serious injury.
