Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


PREMIUM RIDE SINGLE CARTRIDGE FORK KIT1,2 - Low-Profile

This Cartridge Fork Kit converts the standard Original
Equipment front suspension into a high-performance suspension
with superior ride quality. The Cartridge Fork Kit complements
the Premium Ride Hand-Adjustable Rear Shocks
(Low-Profile and Standard-Height) by providing a balanced
suspension system capable of delivering superior ride characteristics.
The front fork kit improves resistance to front brake
dive, improves cornering and enhances bottoming control.
A perfect addition during the installation of chrome or gloss
black lower fork sliders, the kit includes fork pipes, cartridges,
fork bolts, main springs and oil seals. Available in Standard
Ride Height and Low Ride Height versions.

Low-Profile.

Fits '14-'16 Touring models. Does not fit Trike models. Stock
on '15-'16 FLHTCUL and FLHTKL models. Must only be
installed on vehicles equipped with lowered rear shocks

1 WARNING: Installation of any accessory suspension
components may affect cornering clearance and jiffy
stand operation. This could distract the rider, causing
loss of control and death or serious injury.

2 WARNING: The Profile Low Front Spring Kit cannot be
used independently and must be used with the appropriate
Profile Rear Shock Lowering Kit. Installation of
any accessory suspension components may affect cornering
clearance and jiffy stand operation. This could
