Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


SOFT LOWERS - Softail®

Extend your riding season. Full coverage Soft Lowers provide
wind and mud protection for the rider's legs and boots and
minimize cold updrafts as the weather changes. Covers are
custom shaped to hug the engine guard to minimize flapping
and they simply clip in place for speedy installation as
the weather changes. Two-way zippered outer edge accommodates
guard-mounted highway pegs in almost any position.
Reflective piping provides added visibility and the rigid
inner panel provides ample clearance around the foot controls.

Fits FL Softail models equipped with Engine Guard
P/N 49004-90 or 49004-00A. Does not fit Mustache or
Nostalgic Engine Guards. Does not fit models with forward
controls, Extended Reach Brake Lever or Extended Reach
Shift Lever.
