Delivery and Shipping Costs

The goods will be shipped by DHL (or UPS to the USA). The goods that we send by DHL, are always shipped insured.

The shipping costs (within Germany) are a flat rate of 6,95 Euro (incl. VAT) per order. This applies to payment by Paypal as well as by prepayment. If  paying by cash on delivery, this costs additional 6,66 Euro.

Orders from other EU countries (e.g. Austria) we charge a flat rate of 14,90 Euro.

Orders from foreign EU-Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat rate of 25,00 Euro.

Orders from foreign Non-EU-Countries (e.g. USA, Russia) we charge a flat rate of 50,00 Euro.

For delivery to foreign Countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA) the goods are shipped tax-free. There may be additional costs such as customs clearance, taxes or service charges for import into your home country. Please inform yourself in advance at your customs authority. Please also note that for legal reasons we have to state the value of the items.

All other countries according to cost. 

Replacement parts and accessories are generally excluded from exchange, as they are special procurements.

If (in exceptional cases) an exchange or a return is approved, we charge 30% of the value as a restocking fee.


HARLEY HAMMOCK RIDER AND PASSENGER TOURING SEAT

Stay in the saddle all day. The Harley Hammock Bucket Seat
features an integrated suspension system that protects the
rider and passenger's tailbone from harsh road impacts.
Shaped like a cradle, the deep bucket seating surface holds
the operator in position and provides plenty of lumbar support
for the lower back. The underlying fabric sling isolates the rider
from the seat base and minimizes sharp jolts from potholes
and highway expansion joints. The generous long and wide
passenger space features a spring-board suspension system
for a 15% improvement in passenger comfort. Available with or
without dual-zone heated rider and passenger seating areas,
the seat's vinyl surface is easy to clean and maintain. Can
be equipped with Rider Backrest (sold separately) on most
models.

Fits '14 Touring and Trike models. Not for use with Adjustable
Rider Backrest kits or Passenger Grab Rails. Seat width 16.0",
passenger pillion width 15.0".
